BGA’s extended steering & suspension range has strengthened its offering in 2023, with significant new to range introductions featuring high-quality, yet affordable steering & suspension parts servicing the latest vehicle applications. 5 new references have been added to our Steering & Suspension range covering popular models such as Honda & Ford.
‘TRC23007’ & ‘TRC23014’ reference has been released for Ford Transit 2016 onwards.
‘LS2347’ covers models such as Ford Ecosport 2013 onwards and Ford Fiesta 2013 onwards.
Our market-leading technologies such as induction hardening, CNC machining, cataphoresis and our high-capacity forging facility ensures that our Steering & Suspension references have the highest standard of rust resistance in comparison to our competitors.
- All Steering & Suspension parts are tested to 1 million cycles for longevity and a 2000hr salt spray test (OE only tests for 720hr) to ensure resistance.
Timing chain reference ‘TC0925FK’ has been added covering popular applications such as BMW 1 & 3 Series 2019 onwards, Mini One 2017 onwards and Mini Cooper S 2020 onwards. Our timing chains are subjected to various testing procedures: Chains are tensile tested, Guide Arms are material tested, Tensioners are functionality tested and all of our components are hardness tested to ensure materials continue to meet our high-quality standards.
