In 2024, BGA stands out as one of only 161 companies across the UK to be acknowledged with this prestigious award, underlining its significant contribution to international trade. The award particularly highlights BGA’s impressive growth revenue, which saw a substantial increase in 2023. With exports now spanning over 90 countries, BGA’s global impact is remarkable.
The company’s success is supported by its continuous investments into the business and expanding workforce, with a surge in employment of highly skilled workers throughout the Swindon and Wiltshire area, reflecting BGA’s commitment to community and economic development.
BGA’s commitment to quality is demonstrated through its state-of-the-art products, manufacturing, and testing at its Research and Development centre in the UK. This facility ensures that all BGA products not only meet but frequently surpass OEM quality standards. To further assure customers of their investment’s value, BGA guarantees these high standards with a comprehensive three-year warranty.
BGA’s Managing Director, Chris Cameron, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Receiving the King’s Award for Enterprise once again is a tremendous honour for everyone at BGA. This accolade is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication to pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve in international trade. Meeting the late Queen Elizabeth II, and now King Charles to receive this award in the past has been an extraordinary highlight for us. I sincerely thank and congratulate everyone at BGA for making this possible.”
“Our journey towards excellence is fuelled by our unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction,” added Matthew Greener, Marketing Director at BGA. “This prestigious accolade serves as motivation for us to continue raising the bar and delivering unparalleled value to our customers, partners and stakeholders”.
The King’s Awards for Enterprise, formerly known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II by recognizing outstanding UK businesses. The program, now celebrating its 58th year, stands as the most prestigious business accolade in the country, with recipients entitled to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.
BGA will be celebrating this achievement within the coming months, with a visit planned from a special guest. Look out for the award celebrations!
